Geek Tyrant

You have probably seen the billboards or posters on bus stop and thought to yourself “ABC Family? I ain’t gonna watch that” well you should.
The story follows Wendy Watson played by Natalie Morales who is an artist that lives in a delapitated building with her animal rights activist roommate and i guy who sits with a guitar spouting song lyrics like riddles. She also works for a temp agency which leads her to a job working for The Middleman, which is a campy superhero who drinks milk and refuses to use bad language (which works as a great joke in the show).
I was surprised at how brilliant the writing on the show is. It is campy, ridiculous and fun. The dialog is solid and characters are great. It takes place in modern day but it has somewhat of 1940s scifi feel at times.
I highly recommend it. Just take it for what it is; a fun, campy, adventurous, superhero story that you and your kids can enjoy.
