Haunting Trailer for DIE, MY LOVE Starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson

Eight years after director Lynne Ramsay’s You Were Never Really Here, she’s back with her new film Die, My Love, and it looks like it’s going to be a powerful and unsettling drama.

The story follows Grace, played by Jennifer Lawrence, a mother living in rural America who struggles with psychosis as she tries to care for her newborn. Her husband, played by Robert Pattinson, does his best to hold their fragile world together.

The cast also includes legends like Sissy Spacek and Nick Nolte, alongside LaKeith Stanfield.

Grace’s journey isn’t portrayed as weakness but as a fierce and imaginative struggle for identity. Isolated and spiraling, she begins to discover herself in a raw and untamed way that feels both harrowing and strangely empowering.

The film made its debut in competition at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, where it quickly became one of the most talked-about titles.

Shortly after, distributor and streaming service Mubi secured the rights in a huge $24 million deal, picking it up for North America and other international markets. This follows Mubi’s success with The Substance, which it acquired before its Cannes premiere and successfully pushed into the awards race.

Martin Scorsese is a producer on the film, and Die, My Love officially opens in theaters on November 7.
