A trailer has been released for the holiday comedy feature Tinsel Town, starring Kiefer Sutherland, Rebel Wilson, Derek Jacobi, Mawaan Rizwan, Maria Friedman, Jason Manford, Asim Chaudhry, Danny Dyer, Ray Fearon, and Lucien Laviscount.

The movie is directed by Chris Foggin (Fisherman's Friends, This Is Christmas, Bank of Dave), from a screenplay written by Frazer Flintham, Adam Brown, Piers Ashworth, and Jake Brunger.

The synopsis reads: “Kiefer Sutherland stars as a Hollywood action star with a bloated ego, who is blindsided when his iconic action franchise is abruptly cancelled.

“With his career in freefall, he heads to England, hoping to land a role on the West End, but instead finds himself playing a role in small English village's Christmas pageant.

“With the help of the outspoken choreographer & quirky cast, he embraces the holiday spirit to reconnect with his estranged daughter.”

This looks a little bit cheesy, but also like it may be kind of fun, especially to watch with the family this holiday season.
